About us:
I have excellent people skills, get along with anyone, quick learner, easily motivated, can work without supervision. I take pride in my work and do things right the first time. Great common sense. I have a small 16lb. Dog named Gracie. I would prefer a campground setting over a 55+ community, but not necessary. Definitely must be a warmer climate. I am an active fisherman. Girlfriend has many years of office experience and ran a cleaning business. She also has a dog named Gertie, a Flroida Cur, about 40lbs. Very knowledgeable.
Rig Description:
2013 40ft Tiffin Phaeton Class A Motorhome, 4 slides, 50 amps.Our tow/towed vehicle is a 2020 Chevy Equinox.
Skills:
I have done extensive home remodeling from Basic plumbing and electrical, roofing, siding, doors and windows, concrete work, ceramic tile.
I was a licensed Realtor for 7 years.
I also have a class A CDL with millions of miles of driving experience.
Workamping Experience:
I am currently working my 6th winter season as a workcamper. Duties my include lawn mowing and trimming, painting, filling propane tanks, checking chemical balance in pool/hot tub, maintaining bathroom/shower facilities, plus general maintenance duties, directing newcomers to the proper lot, meter readings. Canoe and Kayak rentals. Extensive decorations for the Holidays. I am currently seeking winter employment for the winter of 2025/2026.Southwest United States. Girlfriend is currently working her 1st job in the office at the campgrounds here in Florida.
