Looking for front desk staff at Yellowstone Trail RV Park in Pinedale, Wyoming! We are a smaller family owned park with 51 sites. Job responsibilities include answering the phone, booking guest reservations, checking guests in and out, and general cleaning. Pinedale is a cute little town but still has 5+ restaurants and some shopping options. We have tons of wildlife wander through the RV park. We are also 1.5hrs from the Tetons and 3hrs from the center of Yellowstone NP. Pinedale is home to the Wind River Mountain Range which has phenomenal lakes and hiking. Our ideal candidate is - friendly, reliable, guest-focused - comfortable with basic computer systems and reservations - able to work independently and as part of a small team - previous campground or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff) As a Volunteer Campground Host, you'll get 95% of the fun of running a campground with none of the heavy lifting (literally). You'll be the friendly face greeting campers, sharing local tips, and helping keep things tidy and welcoming. Your day-to-day may include: Welcoming guests and checking them in (bonus points for good jokes). Helping with reservations making, extending, or canceling. Sharing campground rules, nearby hikes, moose etiquette, and where to get the best coffee. Light upkeep restocking restrooms, picking up trash, and keeping common tidy. Reporting anything unusual to staff (you're the eyes and ears, not the enforcer). Being on-call a couple nights a week just in case someone needs help or a bear gets curious.
