RV park host assistant 9/25/2026 job overview: The RV Park Host Assistant is a seasonal position, starting May 1st and ending September 30th. This paid role includes a full hookup (FHU) RV site and is and is based at Conklin Landing RV Park, located at 200 2nd Ave, Bridgeport, WA 98813. The RV Park Host Assistant provides support to the Bridgeport Marina RV Park Host, ensuring a positive experience for RV guests, fellow workers, and maintaining the park facilities. responsibilities and duties: RV Park Guest Services: Site Management: o Use the Check-in and Check-out reports on the computer (provided) to track daily arrivals and departures. If a printed report is needed, request it from the RV Park Host. o Ensure reserved sites are tagged with reserved signs the day prior to arrival or on the day of arrival if the site is occupied. Guest Interaction: o Greet guests upon arrival and provide brochure packets, including bathroom and Wi-Fi codes. o Back up to the RV Park Host on their days off. o Inform guests of RV Park rules, answer any questions or concerns. o Ensure guests adhere to park rules and regulations, including quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM); multiple trips around the park after 10 PM may be necessary. o Be available to RV Park guests daily between 9 AM and 7 PM. o Greet drop-in guests for check-in and payment, which will be processed by the Park Host at Marina Park. o Educate day users and overnight guests about park rules. o Ensure no tents or vehicles are placed on the grass; tents can be pitched on the RV site or picnic table pad. Inform guests where extra vehicles may be parked. Park Maintenance Duties: Restroom Cleaning: o Clean the restrooms twice daily, with additional cleanings during the summer months as needed. Proudly family built, owned, and operated since 1964, our property spans 200 wooded acres and a full mile of shoreline offering panoramic views of the Straits of Mackinac, Mackinac Island, and the iconic Mackinac Bridge. Compensation & RV Site Package Hourly wage is $14.50/hour for all hours worked. A 20'x50' 30-amp full hookup site is included at no cost. Workampers who complete their full commitment dates also receive an end of season bonus. Paid time off (PTO) plus free Wi-Fi, complimentary golf membership, and employee discounts on propane and park store purchases. Open Positions: Park Store & Food Service: Running registers, stocking merchandise, and helping guests find camping essentials. Scooping hand-dipped ice cream, baking pizzas, donuts, and snack items. Front Desk: Creating and altering reservations, checking in arrivals, answering phone calls, handling guest questions and concerns. Computer and customer service basd position requiring prior computer skill and experience. Housekeeping & Cabin Cleaning: Thorough cleaning and sanitation of our 100 cabins and motel units. Ensuring a detailed and timely turnover between guests. Light groundskeeping and cleaning of building exteriors and common areas. Grounds & Maintenance (Limited Openings): Mowing, trash runs, site cleanup, and plumbing, electrical, and facility maintenance across our 600 campsites, 100 cabins, and motels. The area boasts a number of activities, including fishing, museums, art studios, wineries, hiking, biking and has close access to Green Bay and Door County. Immediate opening, can provide FHU only or FHU and hourly wages. Seeking a part-time maintenance, handyman, ranch hand, grounds keeper on 143 acre ranch in northeast Georgia. This is a maintenance position, not a campground host, there are only six RV sites. Best suited for someone who prefers quiet peaceful farm life in the country. Prefer someone for a year round position, but will consider a seasonal camper. Flexible schedule, time off can be scheduled. Handyman skills such as carpentry, electrical, and plumbing would be helpful. Mechanical skills are a plus, as well as working knowledge of landscaping equipment, operating chainsaw, pressure washer, tractors and farm equipment. Must be in reasonable physical condition and be able to pass background screening. No horse experience is required, horse handling is not part of the job. You will be provided a camp site with 50 amp service, water and sewer hookup, garbage pickup and laundry facilities at a more private location away from the other 5 camp sites. The site is provided in exchange for 12 hours of labor per week for a single person, 20 hours per week for a couple, if you want a FHU only position. Additional hours for pay is negotiable depending on the number of hours to be worked, and qualifications. You will be paid as independent contractor (1099). I prefer workers that also have some outside income as this is part-time work. More suitable for singles or couples rather than families with kids to support.
