Hi! We are full-time, married couple from Texas with seven year of workamping/hosting experience. We are looking for an area cooler and less humid than Texas. We are a dependable, outgoing and fun couple with a variety of experience and not afraid of work. We are both hard working, honest folks that are enjoying the RV lifestyle.

2022 40ft 2022 Alliance 370FB 5th Wheel, 4 slides, 50 amps.
Our tow/towed vehicle is a 2022 Dodge Ram 3500.

Skills:
Mark has 35 plus years' experience with heavy equipment. Tractors, backhoe, skid steer, graders, Gradalls, dump trucks to 18-wheelers. General maintenance. Has help build/update RV site, repair road etc. Campground security, cleaning, general maintenance. Atv Certification, Impact Texas Adult Training Certification. Cheri has 25 plus years computer experience and some use of campground software. Atv Certification, Impact Texas Adult Training Certification. Although Cheri has a great deal of admin/office/clerical experience she definitely does mine cleaning! Even prefers to clean, host, store sales, activities etc. Owned/worked resale business. Cheri has a lot of experience in group activities in various areas. Director/planning events through camphosting, jobs, community, school and church. Experience in activities and working with young children through senior adults.

Workamping Experience:
Currently hosting (for out third winter) at Brazo Bend State Park south of Houston, TX. This past summer we were camphost at aO campgound at Tionesta Lake in Tionesta PA. Last winter we had the opportunity to work the Houston Boat Show in January, representing Brazos Bends SP and Texas State Parks. Cheri is trained to work in the Nature Center and gift shop at bbsp. Summer of 2023, we worked as hosts at a VRBO in Montana, near Glacier Park, where we did maintenance, cleaning, were an on-site presence and reservations. Nov 2022-Feb 2023 - Camphost at Brazos Bend Texas State Park June-Sept 2022 - Camphost at Mt High RV Parkin Ruidoso/Alto NM. Rebuild Oct 2021-Jan 2022 The Boulders at Lake Tyler, in Tyler TX camphost/retail Summer 2021-Work as camphost at Stockton Lake State Park, Missouri May-Sept 2020 - Molly Brown Campground/NF, Lake Turquoise, CO. Camp-host for 49 site campground. Nov. 2019-Feb. 2020 - Stella Mare RV Resort in Galveston. Mark worked security & Cheri worked office/reservation using rsm software. 2018,2019 & 2021 - Bremen Wood Resort in Willow River, MN. Mark - Operating heavy equip, track hoe/excavator, dump truck, loader etc. Building small bridge, camp roads, campsites etc. Cheri - Office management, activity director and cleaned, painted building/decks. 2017 - San Juan RV Park of Black Canyon, Montrose, Colorado. Mark - General/ground maintenance, filled butane (trained) & tree trimming. Cheri - cleaning cabins, restroom, laundry facilities, work in office registering-Campground Master.
